About This Brewery
When Patrick Rue finished law school, he decided to skip the bar exam and draw up a business plan for his own craft brewery. Risky move! But after countless awards, an ever-expanding roster of beers, and legions of satisfied beer lovers, it looks like his gamble paid off! Placentia, California’s The Bruery is an unmitigated success! And since they opened a second location — The Bruery Terreux — to focus exclusively on Sour and Wild beer styles like Wit the Funk and Sour in the Rye, they’ve only gotten better. First fans head to The Bruery for a sip of Ruekeller: Helles Lager or an indulgent splash of Bakery: Coconut Macaroons or Banana Bread Stout. Then they hit up Terreux for a taste of Frucht: Passionfruit, Oude Tart Flanders Red Ale, or one of the Bruesicle fruited Sour Ales. Luckily both options come with delicious results.
