About This Beer
It’s like ‘nilla was the official sponsor of the BA Imperial Stout Games. The Brewing Projekt aged this beast in bourbon barrels for 14 months, then amped it up with tons of Madagascar vanilla beans before bottling. By splitting and scraping the pods, they got a full 1080 of flavor.
Tasting Notes
This silky smooth, 14.4% ABV brew gets massive air through vanilla skies, weaves through custard and oak, and sticks the landing with cocoa tones and roasty malt. Lingering notes of aromatic bourbon will make you want to high five somebody.

Chunky and disgusting looking pour. Must have been the bottom of the barrel. The vanilla was present but it doesn’t matter because this lumpy, viscous mess went down the drain.

I like a palette of these please. The color in the glass is AMAZING! Lots of vanilla on the nose and first taste with a glorious barley wine/malt finish. The ABV is only noticed when you try to stand up after drinking it.

Drinking at 48 degrees and full flavors are popping. Tasting a smooth vanilla barrel aged stout with minimal bitterness
