About This Beer
This unfiltered, unpasteurized, and naturally carbonated Farmhouse Ale is gonna really hit the spot while you sit out on the back porch and admire the changing leaves.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to deep hay and barnyard nuances mingling with a bright, lemony tang. Hints of pear and fresh cut grass should deepen the sip, before it all culminates in a snappy, satisfying finish.

it was sour and seemed to have a lot of dregs. almost tasted like a Pilsner. not the best by any means.

little funk, little tart, pretty good farmhouse ale, not your typical dry saison for sure, good purchase

Layered and complex, comes on tart and fruity, with notes of white grape and apple. Fades to a subtle pear, building a light funkiness like barnyard hay. Finishes dry and sweet, with a hint of lemongrass in the end.
