About This Beer
The Equilibrium crew teamed up with the legends at Horus Aged Ales to craft this confectionary stunner. They started by aging a rich, cocoay base in Weller bourbon barrels for 14 months. Then they loaded it with Emperor’s coconut, macaroon coconut, actual macaroon cookies, Thai bananas, and cacao nibs!

Imagine a bite of banana cream pie with a chocolate macaroon crust, topped with chocolate ganache and caramelized bananas. And it’s all soaked in bourbon!
