About This Beer
The mad scientists at Equlibirium let their decadent base Stout age for a whopping 28 months in Willett barrels and hit it with delicious additions of caramel, toasted coconut flakes, toasted almonds, candied pecans, coffee, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Tasting Notes
This barrel aged masterpiece, on the other hand, only gets better and better. As it warms, each decadent sip unfurls lip-smacking layers of Cinnabon goodness. Rich mocha notes collide with maple and crème brûlée nuances, while an intricate nuttiness accentuates the sweetness of the malts. Vanilla oak, baking spice, and hints of whiskey linger on the palate following a smooth finish.
