About This Beer
Equilibrium took a cocoa-y Stout and aged it for 32 months in one Blanton’s barrel and one Weller barrel before blending. Then they conditioned the mixture with almonds, cherries, and Madagascar vanilla for (in the words of one fan) an “absolute f****** banger!”
Tasting Notes
Each indulgent sip of this elixir comes with nuances of dark chocolate-covered Amarena cherries wrapped in a creamy, amaretto smoothness.
Black cherry cordial tones weave through fudgy brownie batter and crème brûlée ripples in each chewy taste. Enticing notes of barrel caramel follow with a warming whiskey spice. And although it’s gently boozy, you’ll never believe this brew clocks in at a generous 17% ABV!
