About This Beer
The mad scientists at Equilibrium and their friends at Southern Grist started with a thick and fudgy base and let it rest for 27 months in brown sugar rum barrels. Then they conditioned it all on banana, caramel, Madagascar vanilla, cinnamon, and a touch of lactose, so it tastes like something flambeed in a French Quarter restaurant!
Tasting Notes
Notes of banana pudding and dulce de leche swirl into toasty toffee nuances with every sip. Baking spice nuances ripple underneath, leading to pronounced notes of dark rum and oaky vanilla on the finish. All while keeping the bold 17% ABV unimaginably smooth!

Super thick and sweet, borderline cloying, but it doesn't cross the line.

Sweet vanilla and caramel give way to rum and spicy cinnamon. The long dynamic finish starts with rum barrel, then sweet creamy banana. Finally, dark fruit is rejoined by cinnamon and vanilla. by cinnamon and vanilla that slowly dissipate together. The 17% abv is invisible. *
