About This Beer
The brewers at Equilibrium crafted this gently tangy sip with a Wild Wheat Ale base. Then they aged it in a variety of chardonnay, pinot grigio, and Sauvignon Blanc barrels for a year and a half. Finally, they gave the beer time for extended bottle conditioning to create bright, effervescent carbonation.
Tasting Notes
Pop open this bottle, and you can expect subdued, gentle acidity highlighting nuances of oak and snappy green grape. Hints of green apple, cut grass, and lemon peel should add intricacy to the sip, leading to just a touch of hayloft funk on the finish.
