Gabe Fletcher and his lovely team brewed Be Mine with luscious Phantasm Powder and Nelson Sauvin Hops. Then they made it extra nectarous with a double dry hopping of more Nelson.

Nelson and phantasm are the main players and it’s lovely. great white grape, lychee, and tangerine notes. slight cantaloupe rind bitterness in the finish.

🥵🥵 edition. Lawsy mercy, Anchorage. Crazy smooth, citrus zip and some ruby red grapefruity sweetness without pith or rind. Ridiculous.

Beautiful aromas of white wine with berry and grapefruit. Soft mouthfeel. Fruity, sweet, lots of white grape with some tropical fruit and melon. Fantastic.
