About This Beer
The brewers started with their absolutely iconic Black Tuesday base, and let it mature for a year in bourbon barrels, then transferred it to another exquisite bourbon barrel for another year. Still not satisfied, they transferred it to a Copper & Kings Apple Brandy barrel for ANOTHER year.
Tasting Notes
It may boast a boozy 21.3% ABV, but coming from a barrel program this talented, we expect it to go down smoother than silk, hidden behind pronounced layers of dark chocolate, fig jam, caramel, and whiskey-oak.
