Poured from a 16 ounce can into a tulip glass.
Look- Straw, very hazy, frothy white head, no visible particulate, above average head retention and lacing.
Smell- Clementine, strawberry, slightly pithy, medium-high strength of scent.
Taste- Clementine, pithy, slight pine resin, slight mango, mild astringency, high strength of flavor.
Feel- Medium-full body, average carbonation, moderately creamy, soft, moderately bitter, mildly astringent.
Overall- Great straw color with plenty of haze. Bouquet had good strength and pleasant fragrances. Flavors were strong and well balanced with clementine dominating the docket. Feel was medium-full with a nice creamy/soft feel and moderate bitterness. Overall this was a very enjoyable citrus dominated NEIPA.
