About This Beer
The crew at Spyglass dry-hopped their fluffy base with heaping helpings of Simcoe, Motueka, and Citra, sending the juice levels to the moon!
Tasting Notes
Notes of candied orange, lychee, and passionfruit burst from every supple sip. Grapefruit pith and pine resin nuances ripple underneath, beautifully balancing the sweetness and leaving little trace of the 8% ABV.

Nicely balanced NE IPA. It claims to be a double IPA but is a bit thin in body and mouthfeel to hold up to other NE DIPAs. Not overly sweet, so the oats and bitterness end up nicely balanced. Hop flavor is a bit underwhelming but is clean citrus and subtle melon with a touch of lingering bitterness. Would be better with more emphasis on hop flavor and perhaps a touch less bitterness. Nonetheless, an above average beer but it needs more flavor.

Orange notes, piney, and tropical. Thicker NE mouth feel with a more lingering finish.

Super smooth very nice smooth double hazy.

Grapefruit slam up front, followed by more subtle herbal notes. Thick, heady fennel and pine creep in as it finishes, mild bitterness is well-balanced and uniquely adept.

Daily corona battle. 4 1/2” of rain edition. This is pillowy soft, succulent juicy, peachy sweet and crazy smooth. Lucious, flavorful and delish.

Smooth and full of citrus but a touch of earthy flavors! Great balance and didn’t feel that 8%

Very nice. Big citrus taste with an ever so piney finish so you know it’s IPA. Not heavy or strong at all. Very enjoyable

Has a peach, apricot, navel orange, pineapple smell and tastes similar. Mild bitterness with balance. Enjoyed this.

Citrusy with lots of melon and fruit flavor. Lite on the hopps, with a little bit of dankness. Very nice NE DIPA. I would get this again.

too sweet; too much head.
