About This Beer
The brewers themselves say this is “Hop Butcher encapsulated by one beer.” To craft it, they started with a pillowy base hopped with American classics Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe for a brew as expressive as the original orators of Bughouse Square. Then they added some NZ Nelson Sauvin to the melting pot, rounding it out with a cool, juicy character.
Tasting Notes
Luscious nuances of ripe mandarin, pulpy mango, and succulent pineapple surge through every swig. Tropical tones flow into refreshing pops of green grape and grapefruit pith on the finish.
