White Elm never seems to disappoint. The barrels that were used to age the beer in really shined as well. Just the right amount of oak combined with the cinnamon to go along with the thick caramel and vanilla.

Man these guys make killer pastry booze bombs. This was YUMMY! So much rye on the front with a perfect balance of coffee and heat from the chili to mellow it out at the end

Delicious! You get the spicy burn from the rye. You get the creamy vanilla. You get the roasty smooth coffee. You get a little heat from the chili. Everything works! Not too sweet and a little boozy.

I’m very used to Bourbon barrels so having a Rye barrel was different. Not as boozy as I expected but very smooth and almost bitter sweetness to it.

Amazing. Coffee foward with a nice touch of vanilla, hint of cinammon and little kick from the chilis. All while remaining super smooth from aging in the rye barrels
