A Note on This Beer
Is it socially acceptable to eat pie for dinner?
Take Thanksgiving, for example. Sure, the main dish and sides are great, but I spend the whole meal thinking about my grandma’s cherry pie. I find myself eyeing it as it cools on the counter, fantasizing about diving into its decadent flavors while I ignore the food on my plate.
Is that weird? I’ll bet if I asked the craft confectioners at White Elm, they’d say, “Heck no!”
Especially since every thick, tangy-sweet sip of their new Cherry Pulpagogo tastes as satisfying as my grandma’s pie! It bursts with the tart, juicy flavors of 100 lbs of sweet and tart cherries per barrel, along with creamy vanilla and nutty granola.
It’s a shining example of how White Elm continues to knock it out of the park with their rotating Pulpagogo series. In fact, fans rated the Cherry version an eye-popping 4.30 on Untappd! They’re raving:
- “Easily among the best in this series. Sweet tart cherry with a kiss of vanilla.” @Agron C.
- “The best one so far!!!” @Nola D.
- “Yummmmmmmmmmmm!” @Brandon M.
My family may still want me to wait until after dinner for actual pie, but they can’t stop me from cracking open a can of Pulpagogo’s sweet n’ jammy deliciousness during the meal!

*HEADS UP! The brewers at White Elm intentionally heavily carbonate their beers and fill cans to the brim! Make sure you enjoy them nice and cold to avoid any spillover! And, here’s another pro tip: gently swirl the can before drinking to enjoy all of its fruity goodness!
