About This Beer
Equilibrium set out to “push the limits of chocolate-cookie decadence” with this 11% ABV Imperial Pastry Stout. And with the heaps of Madagascar vanilla beans, cacao nibs, cake mix, and creamy milk sugar that they added, they certainly captured that nostalgic flavor! I can practically hear the ice cream truck music now…

Chunky and creamy imperial stout. I suggest inverting once before pouring into a big mug.

My first impression, tasted like an oakey-ish tootsie roll pop. A red one! Sweet & chunky. Which I like. Will revisit this one again later.
