About This Beer
For Batch 14, the Phase Three crew started with a rich, roasty base. Then they conditioned it all on maple, marshmallow, and luscious, ripe raspberries.
Tasting Notes
Enormous mocha aromas erupt out of every velvety pour. Let it warm and cascades of creamy dark cocoa and sticky maple come careening through the quaff. Swaths of vanilla follow with a kiss of bramble fruit on the finish like an artisanal chocolate truffle with a berry cordial core.

One of the best raspberry inspired stouts I've had. Tons of flavor. The sweetness was amped up by the maple and marshmallow just made it very thick and velvety.
