Check them out: (Phase 1) In 2011, head brewer Shaun Berns, his wife, Brittany, and best friend, Evan Morris, met while serving beers at iconic chain restaurant, the RAM. (Phase 2) Two years later, they took their brew talents over to More Brewing! While Brittany and Evan worked on the business side of things, Shaun honed his brewing skills, ultimately helping the brewery win “Best in Show” at the Festival of Barrel-Aged Brews! (Phase 3) Shaun quickly became the Muhammad Ali of the IL craft scene — fans loved his delectable brews! So when the news broke that he, Brittany, and Evan were opening up a spot of their own in 2019, you best believe the excitement was high.
