If anyone can show off all the flavors of rarely-seen Moutere Hops, it’s these juice-focused brewmasters. By the graces of the IPA gods, they managed to snag some of this extremely sought-after New Zealand-born hop variety. 

Moutere is known for its high alpha acid and oil content — a.k.a., the stuff that makes your beer taste like tangy-nectar straight from the fruit. So, when you crack open a can of today’s IPA from The Brewing Projekt, you’ll be rewarded with intense waves of Mandarin oranges, passionfruit, and a papaya-like sweetness that rounds out the piney, bitter finish.
