A Note on This Beer
I’ve been collecting a LOT of data on EQ Hazy IPAs for years now, and I’m finally ready to start publishing my conclusions. Okay, here it goes:
They’re freakin’ delicious! I don’t know how to illustrate that on a graph or create some equation that solves for X where X=deliciousness. But I do know great beer when I taste it.
And today’s Data Points fits firmly in that category.
To make it, the craft scientists at Equilibrium started with a big and fluffy base full of oats and wheat. Then they “aggressively hopped” it with hand-selected Mosaic both in the whirlpool and dry hop.
Each creamy sip unleashes lip-smacking notes of lime zest, mixed berry, and bright citrus. Hints of dank kush follow close behind, folding into layers of grapefruit pith.
And while it might not make you any better at math, once that undetectable 8.5% ABV kicks in, you’ll certainly feel a lot smarter.
