Discotheque is an electrifying blend of a 100% spontaneously fermented Farmhouse Ale and a barrel-aged, dry-hopped Farmhouse IPA. 

In other words, it’s a Wild Ale unlike any you’ve tasted before!

Pop open the bottle, and breathe in aromas of zesty lemons, crisp white grapes, and oak. Take a sip, and let the brew’s juicy, full-flavored body drench your palate in tangy green apples and fresh lemonade. Notes of newly cut grass and barnyard funk add to its lush complexity on the finish.

It takes time to craft a beer this special — Oxbow aged the Wild Ale portion in oak puncheons for two years, while simultaneously brewing an IPA with local farmhouse yeast. They hopped the IPA with Citra, matured it in red wine puncheons for 18 months, then blended the beers into one beautiful tasting experience!

Since Discotheque comes in a 500 ml bottle, you can split it with a friend or sip it slowly while watching the sun set in the crisp autumn air. However you enjoy this groovy brew, bear in mind — Oxbow only brewed a limited batch, and there’ll never be another beer quite like it.
