About This Beer
The mathletes at Equilibrium began today’s installment in their delectable DIPA series with a plush 2-row base malt. Then they hit it with ample additions of hand-selected Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin.
Tasting Notes
The Southern Hemisphere hops accentuate Circular Inversion’s creamy base with bright tropical fruit notes, ringed by hints of white wine and citrus. Pineapple, passionfruit, and grapefruit pops expand to include green grass and pine resin echoes, creating a spiraling complexity.
