A Note on This Beer
The brewmasters at The Brewing Projekt are a bit like Bill Nye The Science Guy — they’ve been busy in their brew-lab conjuring up new fruit hybrids.
Seriously, just look at today’s luscious Draguavapple Puff Tart!
“What the blazes is Draguavapple?” you ask.
Well, according to The Brewing Projekt, it’s part dragonfruit, part guava, and part pineapple. Only, it's more deliciously complex than that. The brewers threw on their lab coats, grabbed their erlenmeyer flasks, and stuffed this one full of real fruit! Then, they smoothed it out with creamy doses of milk sugar and vanilla.
One sip and you’ll probably agree — if fruit like the cucamelon, limequat, and the orangelo exist, then Draguavapple should too.
But, does the Draguavapple actually exist? There’s only one way to find out! Put on your best safety goggles, crack open a can of Puff Tart, and run a few fruity experiments of your own!
*The last time we offered this Puff Tart on Tavour, you gave it an astounding 4.55 rating!
If you see a little bit of sediment in the glass, never fear! It’s just some of the REAL fruit used to craft today’s brew!
