A Note on This Beer
Rochester, Minnesota's Forager Brewery is a big deal. They even medaled at The Growlers’ Kind-of-a-Big-Deal Readers’ Choice Awards!
But, when that big deal beer endeavor didn’t reach enough thirsty fans, Head Brewer Austin Jevne created the sister brewery, Humble Forager.
Today’s velvety, Elevated Perspective Oat Cream Imperial IPA will introduce your palate to how Humble Forager sets themselves apart:
Think Globally: The brewery supports growers who share their values and vision for sustainability. For this tangy, pineapple flavored hop-juice, Humble Forager sought out tropical Samba Hops, white grape-fueled Nelson Sauvin Hops, potent Mosaic Cryo Hops, and dank Strata Hops — all from sustainable growers.
Forage Locally: This crafty crew uses Minnesota wildflower honey combined with oats and a little lactose to craft a silky-smooth mouthfeel.
Live Humbly: The brewers dry-hopped Elevated Perspective with 5 lbs per barrel of hops; that’s twice as much as a typical IPA. It’s impressively juicy, and we’ll do the bragging for them!
Drink Adventurously: The artwork on the can is dedicated to getting back outside and enjoying our favorite hobbies, like golf. For many of us, it’s been way too long since we tee’d off (or indulged in anything super fun, for that matter)!
