A Note on This Beer
Each year since their 2008 opening, the Bruery has released a speciality beer to commemorate successes and toast to any challenges ahead. For their 10th anniversary release, the 16.3% ABV Etain is the crowning achievement of this ongoing tradition, and blends together special Barrel-Aged annual reserves from every single previous batch.
No cake is needed to celebrate this year’s release, only this perfectly layered beer. With last year’s 9th anniversary release, Salue, receiving 4.22 on UT and 4.30 on BA — the community is buzzing with anticipation for what this next delicious brew holds.
Thick and full, Etain pours dark brown and presents an impressively complex profile. Flavors from toffee to maple, malts to tree sap, and bourbon to vanilla are all wrapped in this barrel aged project. Those lucky enough to toast with this impressive pour are sure to feel the jubilant vibes.
Beer enthusiasts love an excuse to celebrate, and the Bruery’s Etain 10th anniversary special is a reason to do just that. After taking a sip, the only thought left will be just as @StonedTrippin on BA said - “I hope they keep the series going for another decade and beyond!"
