A Note on This Beer
Softer than Silk: Brewed with piles of oats and a touch of lactose for a super soft mouthfeel. Heaped with Hops: With 5.5 lbs per barrel of Vic Secret, Citra, and Mosaic Hops, it’s got all the citrus, berry, and tropical mango-pineapple flavors you want in a Hazy!
The very first Hazy IPA in Montana came from Imagine Nation Brewing, and fans still clamor for their catalog of 4+ rated juicebombs.
Today, the brewers have outdone themselves with the ultra-soft, creamsicle-sundae flavors of Family Dynamics Imperial Oat Cream IPA.
If you've never had an Oat Cream IPA, it's basically an ultra-soft bodied Hazy, first pioneered by Other Half. They're still rare, but today you can taste the first one to come out of Big Sky Country!
Local craft fiends (who are the only ones to taste it so far) hail this brew as a standout. Like @Elliot J., who calls it “the best NEIPA I’ve had in Montana.” Or @Kari O. who says it’s “like orange juice… Only better.”
Of course it’s better! It’s basically an Orange Julius with a 9.2% ABV! It puts plain old OJ to shame!
A word of advice: approach this beast with caution. All that booze is wrapped in tropical juice and a mouthfeel so silky-soft, you won’t even notice it. You’ll be tempted to chug this nectar down like a delicious citrus smoothie, but if you do, you’re going to catch a serious buzz.
So grab a can of Family Dynamics and find out why Montana might just be the next frontier of juicebomb innovation!
This beer is too new for ratings!
