About This Beer
The brewers at Logsdon carefully crafted the brew with a blend of heritage barleys to ensure the malt character didn’t detract from the German Tettnanger and Spalter Select Hops used in the boil. Then, they dry-hopped it with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Saphir Hops to give every sip a tongue-tingly floral spice with a pinch of zesty lemongrass.
Tasting Notes
The clean drinkability of this crisp Pilsner allows the hops to shine as bright as the Tuscan sun. Meanwhile, the chuggable ABV keeps you refreshed and pleasantly quenched as you enjoy a tasty home-cooked meal. Pizza, pasta, or burgers if you’re feeling più Americano.

Would pair incredibly well with a margherita pizza.

Well balanced. I wouldn't hesitate to have that as an "all day" beer.

good pilsner, not enough taste

I agree with the group on this one. Very drinkable and crisp beer. Sometime you get a pilser that taste metallic and off. This one is pure quality. Light refreshing with slight bitter hops and bready and lemony aftertaste. Just finished the beer and uped the score. Wow.

Dry for a pilsner...a very light funk to it.

A nice Pilsner but maybe needing a little more hops for an Italian Pilsner for whatever that style id

Smooth, lightly hopped, slightly bitter and bitey

A solid pils. Not the best I’ve ever had, but better than most. Crisp, dry, with floral notes.

Just a solid Pilsner and you can always judge the brewing style by the brewery's pilsner.

Solid pilsner, got some sulfur as it warmed up though.

Super clean, balanced. Extremely well done pilsner. Nose is there, taste is there. You really do feel like you’re drinking top notch European Pilsner.

Really nice...crisp & clean, some light hoppiness, bitter dry finish, some lemon, a little bready. This is nice.

Dear Tavour. More of this please and less sugared sours and hazy bois.

I could crush these all day. Super aromatic with a fresh, I’d say cedar-like hop character. Lovely smack of hop bitterness as part of a dry, refreshing finish. I wish I’d ordered more than two.

Really clean but not enough flavor

The hops are a nice touch, but I would like a little more of the grains to come through

Clean and crisp Pilsner with nice subtle hoppy taste from the dry hopping. Fresh malty taste with a low ABV which would great for drinking on a hot lazy day.

Crisp- Dry-Hopped Pilsner- pleasant Bitterness with a clean finish

Big, hoppy nose; floral & earthy. Pours a hue between straw & amber; clear w/ample head. Clean, crisp mouthfeel. On the palate, quite hoppy for a Pilsner. Notes of pine, lemongrass & grapefruit. Lite-moderate bitterness at finish. Nice brew!

Crisp with a little malt backbone. Delicious!

Very floral and hoppy. Clean bitterness throughout, balancing the malt throughout. Finishes crisper than most lagers, but thats to be expected from an Italian style pilsner.

Crispy and refreshing, smooth!

Crisp and easy to drink. Does remind me of Italian Pilsners a little bit.

More like a lager than a pils. Pale colored with a very clear appearance. Taste solid and not salty like many poor pils. VERY drinkable.

People on here are reviewing this beer strangely... it’s true to style. Nice floral finish with the dry-hop. Great beer.

I’m getting dank from this, and that’s not good. When I say dank, I mean something like... garlic and fungi. That’s NOT something to celebrate. That aside, the lager elements are quite well done.

Wonderful pilsner! Crisp. Effervescent. Floral. Nothing overwhelming. Perfectly balanced.
