About This Beer
The award-winning brewers at Smog City aged a Saison base in gin barrels to infuse the brew with the liquor’s signature botanical tones. Then they conditioned it with vanilla and a squeeze of lemon for a smooth and irresistible finish.
Tasting Notes
Zesty nuances give you a double-cheek air kiss as you lean in for a taste. On the palate, each crisp, tangy mouthful tingles with champagne-like bubbles carrying notes of oak, hay, and juniper. Candied lemon comes through on the tail end, making each quaff more fascinating than the last.

Lemon forward, covering up that juniper taste. If you could dial back the lemon slightly this would be better. Outside of that a delicious saison.

Perfect union of lemon and vanilla, even if they do overpower the juniper and gin botanicals; I would have hoped that those would emerge more prominently. A fabulously balanced and refreshing saison, nonetheless!
