When it comes to their barrel aging program though, this brewery is strictly business — decadently boozy business, that is! You can taste their barrel expertise in Barrel Aged The Nothing Winter Stout and Bourbon Barrel Aged O.E. Barleywine. Don’t let the initials fool ya, this O.E. is much too fancy to ever be caught dead as a brown-bagged, 40oz. bottle.
