About This Beer
This decadent sipper starts out as a blend of Stout patiently matured in Elijah Craig, Heaven Hill, and Old Forester 1910 barrels for 18-23 months. Then, to wrap it all up in desserty decadence the brewers conditioned it on THREE different types of cream-filled sandwich cookies (vanilla, chocolate hazelnut, and java chip) at a rate of almost 40 lbs per barrel!
Tasting Notes
Fudgy chocolate tones collide with roasty malts to create mind-blowing mocha notes. Waves of vanilla pastry cream ripple throughout the sip, while hints of rich nuttiness accentuate the sweetness. All while rendering the 13% ABV impossibly smooth.
