About This Beer
The crew at Equilibrium loaded a plush base with carefully considered doses of Citra and Idaho-7 Hops during the whirlpool, creating notes of earthy dankness and a touch of pithy grapefruit peel.
Then they dry-hopped the brew with Nelson, Strata, and Citra, recentering the flavors with nuances of white wine, passion fruit, and tangerine.
Tasting Notes
Take a sip, and you’ll find yourself riding the delicious crest between fruity and dank, earthy and bright, malty and bitter… And with a finish this smooth, it’s a brew you’ll want to hang out with all afternoon. Just watch out for that 8% ABV, or you might find your own sense of balance struggling a little.
