A Note on This Beer
How do you know if a brewery is excellent? Taste their Pilsner.
This crisp, clean style is surprisingly tricky. You can’t hide behind extra hops or crazy adjuncts.
But if anyone can brew one worth crushing, it’s Equilibrium. Owner/head brewer Pete Oates holds a PhD from MIT — and according to Hop Culture, the brewery found the scientific key to balancing “drinkability and flavor.”
Full Circle was their very first Pils, originally brewed in 2019 with their buddies at Resident Culture. Its light, quaffable body overflows with the scent of freshly cut grass, juniper berries, and warm, doughy biscuits. The taste follows, washing the palate with bright citrus and finishing pleasantly dry.
We’ve only got 10 cases of this wonder of science to share. So whether you need a victory brew after winning fantasy football, or a quaffable quencher after shoveling snow, we’ve got you covered!
