About This Beer
This West Coast Pilsner from Phase Three is as clean and refreshing as it is flavorful. The Chicagoland crew crafted it with a crackery base of Pilsner malt and Noble Hops fermented with German Lager yeast. Then they hit it with heaps of Mosaic and Citra in the dry hop.
Tasting Notes
Each gulp treats your taste buds to bright pops of citrus and tropical fruit rounded out by cracker-crisp malts. Orange, grapefruit, and pine nuances swirl around hints of honeysuckle and papaya, leading the way to a dank, herbaceous finish.

Pale golden. Slightly cloudy. Thick foamy head. Hoppy, tropical bouquet, with notes of citrus and orange zest. Citrusy orange flavor, with subtler tropical notes. Classic WC flavor profile, with the incredibly light body and clean, crisp finish of a pils.

Definitely tastes more like a fruity pale ale than a lager. Refreshing nonetheless

Don’t think this beer knows what it wants to be. Super hoppy and bitter but also very spicy and sweet
