Noon Whistle Brewing co-founders Mike Condon, Paul Kleiner, and Jim Cagle have been best buddies since fifth grade! They stayed best friends through high school and, even though Jim went to a different college after graduation, their friendship endured. 

After college, Paul’s passion for homebrewing inspired him to open up his own brewery in Illinois. Like the proper best friends they are, Jim and Mike didn’t hesitate to jump on board!

Nowadays, the three brew-migos are still together and crafting seriously killer beers. By far, their Gummy IPA series garners the most attention from Chicagoland’s juice fiends.

Paul and his team brewed this juicy wonder with a simple malt bill, a strong oat base, and a little dextrose for extra smoothness and a touch of sweetness. And, they hopped it with none other than Simcoe and Citra. 

Every sip bangs with a tropical fruit buffet of flavor — notes of mango, peach, pineapple, grapefruit, and prickly pear juice all come together in a plush and creamy mouthfeel.
