About This Beer
The brewers at Modist crafted it with real Bohemian Pilsner Malt, Saaz Hops, and a Czech Pilsner yeast, then they conditioned it in their oak foeders, just like a traditional, old-world brewery.
Tasting Notes
Every sip overflows with notes of honeyed bread crust and soft floral hops. Foeder conditioning adds layered complexity, with hints of oak and a touch of tangy lemongrass.
