About This Beer
Imaginary Grace is a blend of three different seasons of 100% spontaneously fermented beer. After inoculating in Monday Night’s Coolship - dubbed the Crunkship - they fermented and aged each vintage in neutral wine barrels, then blended all three iterations together. This beer pays homage to the history of this style, while celebrating the unique atmospheric terroir of Atlanta.
Tasting Notes
With each refreshing quaff, clouds of hibiscus bounce on the palate, with spritzes of citrus and strawberry rolling onward. Peaceful notes of balanced acidity and just the slightest funk come at the finish, landing in another sip of this treasure the brewers call “a three-night stay in the Atlanta terroir.”
