About This Beer
The Chicagoland lupulin legends at Phase Three created today’s DIPA with a plush base and a double dry hopping of Amarillo, maximizing the floral and sweet fruit nuances of the cones.
Tasting Notes
Every medium-bodied swig delivers a full bouquet of orange blossom, jasmine, mandarin orange, and melon notes. Verdant hints of grass and pine bolster the juice with a resinous dankness that makes the whole thing irresistible.

Tropical and citrusy with more orange than grapefruit. Good balance and really nice for all Amarillo.🇺🇸🇮🇱

Perhaps this beer had better flavor when fresh, but I found it to be somewhat dull. It poured a dense head with a pleasant aroma, but the intensity of the taste was lackluster at best.

ss. phase 3 is starting to disappoint. Second beer I’ve had from them in the past couple weeks and I did not like it starting to taste a lot of artificial flavoring.
