About This Beer
Head brewer/MIT Ph.D. holder Pete Oates and his team of mad scientists first created an ultra-fluffy base using 2-row, a hint of adjunct grains, and their new proprietary Past and Present Yeast Blend. Then they gave it a Mosaic and Mosaic Incognito whirlpool and followed up with a drippy dry hopping of Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, Citra Lupomax, and Mosaic Lupomax.
Tasting Notes
All those cones create a sip that swells with notes of fresh mango, zesty lemon-lime, and overripe honeydew melon. Hints of grapefruit pith and dank resin linger on the palate, masterfully balancing out the sweeter fruity notes upfront.
