About This Beer
The crew aged this year’s batch for an entire year in freshly dumped bourbon barrels. And without any other adjuncts to stand in the way, we expect impeccable cask character from all that time in oak.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to notes of bittersweet chocolate mingling with caramel and fig nuances, leading to a syrupy finish accentuated by vanilla, hints of wood char, and whiskey tones. And we anticipate that the 13.8% ABV will go down so smoothly, it’ll seem like magic!

chocolate chocolate and more chocolate. coconut and vanilla in the finish. sweet bourbon and charred wood from the barrel balance this beer to near perfection. excellent!
