About This Beer
To craft it, Smog City first barrel aged their Stout base for a whole year in freshly dumped bourbon barrels. Then they recirculated it for 48 hours over pounds of freshly chopped vanilla beans.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to notes of crème brûlée coursing through every thick sip, playing foil to the rich chocolate and toffee nuances from the base brew. While you’re enjoying it, we recommend taking a second to appreciate the way those vanilla notes really bring out the hints of char and whiskey from the barrel.
