About This Beer
To craft this crusher, the Minnesotan crew started with German and Barke Pilsner Malt and a touch of malted wheat. They hopped the brew with Saphir for those floral flavors before they aged the brew in oak foeders for a Kölsch all their own.
Tasting Notes
Soft currents of subtly sweet, spiced rye flow into fields of wildflower with every sip. A vinous grape note carries underneath, swirled into a subtle, unique oak note courtesy of Modist’s twist on the style.

Clean, biscuity aroma. Slight oaky taste while remaining light and super clean. Slight bitter finish. Really really nice.

A tad sweet and a tad dry. Solid Kolsch with some good flavor.

It's light biscuity, Oakey, smooth and savory. I think I drank all mine in a matter of a few days.

Kolsch is one of my favorite styles… so it’s no wonder I loved it. Beautiful, golden color and slightly sweet malty flavor with perfect carbonation.
