About This Beer

This is a space station-sized collab between Equilibrium and J. Wakefield! They crafted this menace of a beer with planet-destroying proportions of shredded coconut, marshmallow, vanilla, and Ghost Bear espresso blend coffee from Mostra. Then, using techniques you can’t learn from a Jedi, they added a touch of lactose until it was smoother and more persuasive than the Sith.

Tasting Notes

You don’t know the power of the Dark Side until you try this treat! Sumptuous currents of dark mocha and coconut flow through the quaff like hate through a Sith Lord. Hints of caramel, creme anglaise, and molasses swirl underneath, with roasty java tones bringing balance to the Force… er, brew.

Batch 6, 11/26/24 viscous pour, a tad sweet, fluffy marshmallow finish. Definitely let this warm to room temp, it’s all lactose when cold. Where’s the roast? Not getting the Ghost Bear coffee

This has a lot of adjuncts, and I think it would come together better if they leave the lactose out of it. As is, not too bad.
