The Brewing Projekt doesn’t shy away from oddball beers or big, bold flavors, so it makes sense that they’d go all out on a beer with luxurious additions! They whipped this one up with coconut and salted caramel flavoring for a luxe treat!

Tasting Notes

Chewy coconut shavings lead off on the nose. After that, gooey caramel flavors come through and blend with the malt, wrapping you up warmly like a fancy minx coat. Despite a 9.7% ABV, that heat is almost completely masked by the decadent flavors and thick, rich mouthfeel.

The coconut is super subtle, a nice round flavor that complements the rich texture. The salted caramel is the real star of the show, it’s almost too sweet but the saltiness brings it back down. Really loved it 👌
