About This Beer
To make it, Headbrewer/MIT-Ph.D. Pete Oates and his team of craft scientists started with a base crafted from 2-row, white wheat, and their proprietary Past and Present Yeast Blend. Then they followed up with a Mosaic and Simcoe whirlpool and a drippy dry hop of Mosaic Incognito, Citra Lupomax, and even more Simcoe!
Tasting Notes
The sip blasts off with huge ripe melon and lemon-lime notes. Soon, you’ll find your taste buds floating into a fruity nebula of luscious POG juice and ruby red grapefruit. And the whole thing goes down so smooth, I can’t even be mad at my buddies for crushing all my cans.

Finally working. edition. This is fresh and pithy, melon and lime. Fruity hops lead but give way quickly to the dank, dry finish. Quick and clean.

Hoppy, citrusy and tropical but overcarbonated. A bit oxidized? Will re-rate if second can is better.
