I did, in fact, have a trip to Italy planned in March of 2020. And it did, in fact, get big-time canceled. 

But you know what — such is life! And while I haven’t made it to Tuscany, I have made it as far east as Newcastle, ME, where I picked up a few cases of Luppolo Italian Pilsner from Oxbow.

Until I do make it to Rome, this hoppy, crispy brew will absolutely help me happily pass the time. 

When the biscuity malts, bright florals, and earthy notes of lemongrass hit my taste buds, I can’t help but grin. No matter how stressful my day has been, this European-hopped Pils cheers me right up.
