The mad scientists at Equilibrium and their friends at Southern Grist conditioned this thick and fudgy brew on banana, caramel, Madagascar vanilla, cinnamon, and lactose, expertly recreating the iconic French Quarter dessert.
Tasting Notes
Notes of banana custard swirl into dulce de leche and toasty toffee nuances with every sip. Underneath, subtle hints of baking spice accentuate the chocolaty malts and obscure the 11% ABV, making for a silky smooth finish.
