A Note on This Beer
Did you know that the cold weather months are the best time for surfing?
It’s true! According to GQ, the surfers of the world know that winter is “one of the best times to, as they say, shred the gnar. Winter storms generate bigger, more consistent swells to surf!”
The same goes for hop surfers. Even during these chillier months, we know you’re preparing to dive head-on into the juicy swell of nectarous tang cascading from The Brewing Projekt.
Just listen to the tidal wave of praise surging across the craftosphere:
- "Almost five years young and truly making pieces of liquid art." @PorchDrinking.com
- “They never disappoint! Love being back in the Midwest with access to all this amazing beer!” @Greg M., Untappd
And, today’s bodacious gusher, Mango Pineapple Cowabunga Gose, bursts with winter storm-sized waves of tropical juice.
The brewers add real pineapple, zesty mango, and a dash of sea salt, for cooling sprays of citrus nectar, complimented by a whisper of salinity. Afterwards, they add a tea-blend for flavors of sweet hibiscus, earthy black currant, luscious apple, plump blueberry, drippy orange, and more tangy mango.
You don’t have to be a professional surfer, or a Midwest beach-goer, to ride this swell of juicy-goodness. At least, not right now. The Tavour surf’s up!
