A Note on This Beer

The Brewing Projekt does Fruited Smoothie Sours like Willy Wonka does candy: way over the top.

These flavor mavericks just brewed their plush and fruity Manguamelon Puff Tart with colossal amounts of real mangoes, pink guavas, juicy watermelon, and squishy marshmallows!

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a beer with mangoes, watermelon, and marshmallows all alongside each other. But, with each juicy gulp of Manguamelon, I’m starting to wonder why that is! Every sip of this fluffy, puffy brew is a tropical tango of refreshing fruit juice, balanced by a vanilla sweetness and the puckering tang of the Sour base.

A Sour as purée-thick with candied fruit flavor as Manguamelon Puff Tart would REALLY sizzle that old Slugsworth who always chased after Wonka’s gobstoppers. But, under no circumstances are you to share this tasty smoothie with the likes of him, or any other candy conspirators.

This is one that must be shared with only the most deserving Sour sippers. Other than a few places around the Midwest, the only way to get a taste of today’s over-the-top Manguamelon magnificence is right here.

Very smoothie like texture. Almost velvety. Could taste hints of the marshmallow and mango and guava. Couldn’t taste the watermelon as much as I hoped. Very much enjoyed though!

All Puff Tarts are incredible. Wasn’t too sure how the melon would be, but I loved this!

A pretty tasty beer, you could taste the sweet fruit flavor with marshmallow. I will say though that the more I drink thick creamy beers the less I enjoy them
