About This Beer
Ash & Elm Cider Company created a deliciously boozy sipper inspired by a classic cocktail — the Maple Bourbon Smash!
They began with a base of freshly-pressed apple juice sweetened slightly with maple syrup and cane sugar. Then they aged the Cider in bourbon barrels and finished it with orange zest, for flavors just like the original tipple.
Tasting Notes
Each sip is simply smashing, with lush pie-filling tones drizzled with hints of woody maple, light whiskey caramel, and vanilla oak. Citrus zings accent the taste with pops of balancing brightness.
