Already avid homebrewers and winemakers, husband and wife team Aaron and Andrea Homoya became passionate about Cider after a trip to Ireland. It didn’t take long for it to become their primary focus, and they decided to go pro after realizing Indianapolis didn’t have much of a Cider scene. They officially launched Ash & Elm Cider Co. in the summer of 2016. Since then, Ash & Elm has helped usher in a new generation of Cider makers and drinkers in the state!
